Commercial Real Estate Awards 2011

Annual professional Commercial Real Estate Awards was founded in 2003 due to the industry business community initiative and has already proved itself as the most significant and prestigious event within CRE society.

Awards are given to the best object in their class, complying with modern CRE requirements. Winning the Awards is viewed by the market as an important achievement and helps promotion of company image on Russian and international level.

CRE objects taking part in the contest are carefully selected. Objects representatives (developers or owners) apply to take part in the Awards and submit all necessary information about the object. Then the application is considered by Awards Jury members and nominees are selected via on-line voting.

The Awards Committees are formed of leading experts and specialists that have great experience and extensive knowledge of the market. The selection of the Awards winners takes place via closed private voting of Committee members after the objects presentations according to real estate categories. The results are announced at the Commercial Real Estate Awards Ceremony.

The Ceremony and Gala-dinner to honor the Awards winners is one of the most expected events in commercial real estate industry. It is a summation of work for the last year and a social event where specialists can mingle with each other in non-formal situation.

During years of its existence the Awards has become a project that forms professional opinions, values and priorities, based on common interest. Moscow, Federal and Regional Commercial Real Estate Awards take place in Russia.
