How fraudsters attack brands during the pandemic: Trademark protection and COVID-19

The pandemic-induced uncertainty during the first months of 2020 and transition to the remote work around the globe played in favour of fraudsters.

During the COVID-19 outbreak the number of cyberattacks increased by 400. Users got attracted to scam resources with help of the COVID-19 theme and use of one or more top brands.
