The National Association of Insurance Adjusters (NAIA) and CMS Russia cordially invite you to join the online-event “Risks & Claims. Assessment of insurance risks and settlement of losses”, where we will discuss the impact of pandemics on the insurance market.

The webinar topics are of vital importance for both business and the state. The realisation of systemic risks, such as pandemics and epidemics, results in significant economic and social losses. The demand for pandemic insurance coverage is increasing today. The insurance industry faces a new challenge – developing new services and proposals to ensure reliable insurance coverage in the areas that have not been given much attention until now.

The webinar will take place on 24 and 25 September 2020. On the first day we will discuss the calculation of pandemic-related losses probability and possible protection mechanisms; existing wordings and their modification in the face of new challenges; search for new technologies and offers in insurance. On the second day we will analyse the Russian and foreign experience in handling business interruption claims resulting from COVID-19 and will consider the specifics of insurance coverage and indemnity calculation.

Insurance and reinsurance companies’ employees, insurance brokers, insurance surveyors and adjusters, corporate insureds’ risk engineers and risk managers, insurance lawyers and public officials are invited to join the webinar.

Participation in the webinar is free. Please note that a separate registration is required for each day of the webinar.
