Corporate/M&A intern

SEAMLESS Legal is looking for an intern with its Corporate/M&A practice. 

During your internship, you will be working together with the team on interesting and complex M&A deals, participate in due diligence, analyse legislation and court practice, and much more! You will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned during your studies and gain valuable experience for your career development.

We are looking for talented and proactive young people with outstanding academic record, strong knowledge of Russian civil law, excellent communication skills, and at least Upper-Intermediate level of English. Candidates should be in the 4th year of their Russian LLB or on their Russian LLM at one of the leading Russian universities (Moscow State University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, National Research University - Higher School of Economics). We are also ready to consider recent university graduates.
