CMS expands Russian IP and Dispute Resolution practices

CMS Russia is delighted to announce that Senior Associate Irina Shurmina and Associates Ksenia Danshina and Tatiana Sviridova have moved from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Russia) LLP to join the Moscow office of CMS, starting from 4 February 2020.

Irina and Ksenia will reinforce one of the leading IP practices in Russia, led by Partner Anton Bankovskiy. CMS Russia’s IP team has been ranked by all leading international and national legal directories for over ten years. 

Irina and Ksenia have wide experience in assisting Russian and international clients with strategic consulting in IP, complex due diligence, non-standard litigation requiring creative approach, launch of new tech products on the Russian market, data protection audits, etc. Irina holds LL.M in intellectual property and competition law, is recognized by Legal500 and ranked as a Rising Star by IP Stars. With their extensive expertise as trademark attorneys Irina and Ksenia will complement our strong and distinguished practice. 

Tatiana Sviridova joined the Dispute Resolution team headed by Partner Sergey Yuryev. She brings over nine years of practice and her strong background of representing international and Russian companies in disputes over IP and advertising, insolvency and bankruptcy cases, international commercial arbitration and litigations arising from antimonopoly breaches.
