Jean-François Marquaire is the Managing Partner of the  heading corporate practice in the firm. Jean-François’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, project financing, constructions, and PPP projects.  

Jean-François has over 30 years' experience as executive officer with various companies in France, Europe and North America. 

In the framework of his duties, Jean-François has also participated in large projects, particularly in the construction, transportation, energy and automotive sectors and coordinated major acquisitions, divestitures, business combinations and reorganisations. Coordinating the efforts of large working groups, he has directed all legal and tax aspects, including structuring and negotiating the legal documentation required in these types of transactions. 

Jean-François is being constantly recognised as one of the leading practitioners for Project Finance and Development, Energy and Infrastructure, PPP/PFI, Project finance by Best Lawyers, IFLR1000, CRE-100 and Legal 500.
