We are delighted to share with you the third edition of our “Emerging Europe: M&A Report”, co-authored by CMS and Emerging Markets M&A information and data source “DealWatch”.
The report pulls together the list of the biggest M&A transactions across 15 CEE countries and provides both commentary on what happened in 2013 and on the sectors and drivers from which deals are expected to emerge in 2014; in each case, on a jurisdiction by jurisdiction basis.
In this latest report, we have introduced commentary on three additional countries, compared to last year: Albania, Montenegro and Turkiye.
We have previously received excellent feedback from the market about this report. We hope that you will find this year's report equally interesting. We would be delighted to hear back from you.
