The Dominance and Monopolies Review 2021

While abuse of dominance is one of the enforcement priorities of Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the overall number of cases relating to this is generally declining. This reduction is mostly owing to amendments to the Competition Law that introduced a revised definition of abuse of dominance and a widespread use of warnings.
