SEAMLESS Legal continues to strengthen its team and is pleased to announce promotions effective from 1 January:

Vladislav Eltovskiy has been promoted to Counsel and Head of Intellectual Property. Vladislav has been specialising in intellectual property, digital law and personal data for over 10 years. He has led the digital law practice since 2023.

Maria Kabanova has been promoted to Counsel in our Tax team. She has over 12 years of experience in tax advice, including transfer pricing, corporate tax structuring, tax support for various transactions and international taxation.

Dmitry Bogdanov has been promoted to Counsel in our Real Estate & Construction team. For over 15 years Dmitry has been specialising in real estate and construction, including construction aspects of PPP and concession projects. Dmitry also leads the firm’s environmental law and renewable energy practice.
