Jean-François has over 30 years' experience as executive officer with various companies in France, Europe and North America. He has led large working groups directing all legal and tax aspects of big projects, particularly in the construction, transportation, energy and automotive sectors, and coordinating major acquisitions, divestitures, business mergers and reorganisations.
