In the role of BD & Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the firm’s marketing and business development activities, including:
- Participating in the development of the firm’s marketing strategy,
- Planning and organising business breakfasts, webinars, and other marketing events with the participation of the firm’s partners and lawyers; maintaining a calendar of events,
- Preparing proposals, presentations, flyers & brochures, organising translation and distribution of legal alerts and other client materials,
- Managing the firm’s website, including timely content posting and supervising the work of developers & designers,
- Managing and promoting the firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Telegram) and YouTube channel,
- Timely collecting and submitting information to industrial rankings,
- Monitoring of industry media, organising publications jointly with PR agency, preparing and distributing press releases,
- Coordinating activities with industrial chambers and committees,
- Internal communications: preparing newsletters and updates for the firm’s employees, supporting internal events and activities,
- Producing corporate gifts and branded stationery,
- Planning and accounting for marketing expenses, liaising with counterparties on the execution of accounting documents, etc.,
- Tracking competitor activities and marketing trends.

- Higher education;
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role in an international law firm / a leading Russian law firm;
- High level of English proficiency;
- High level of communication skills, flexibility, and pro-activity;
- Ability and willingness to multitask, focus on results.
